1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the SuiInPact application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Nature of the service

SuiInPact provides non-custodial tools for creating and managing escrows on supported blockchain networks. You remain solely responsible for any funds you lock, the code and data you provide, and for the outcomes of any agreements you enter into with other parties.

3. No fiduciary or advisory relationship

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created between you and SuiInPact or its contributors by your use of the Service.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring escrows, criteria, and any external callbacks correctly.
You must ensure you have the legal right to use any code, data, or repositories you reference.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where you and your counterparties operate.

5. Experimental technology

The Service interacts with experimental blockchain networks and smart contracts. You understand that these technologies may contain bugs or vulnerabilities and that transactions may be irreversible. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuiInPact and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
